As for the installation, I would think it should be a pretty straighforward job. Just unbolt the old seats and remove them (make sure there's no seat belt electrical wiring in the way) and then install the new ones in the reverse order. The carpeting is a little harder since you'll have to remove the seats, console (if equipped), and most of the trim around the old carpet.
