Most new models come out in the fall, however, EVERY manufacturer has early releases throughout the year.
The rule of thumb is if it is released after Jan. 1st, it is a ‘next year’ model.
Many manufacturers already have 2008′s out.
Ford, for example, has already released 2008 Escapes & Super Duty Trucks. Their ’08 Taurus is set to release in the late spring, & the ’08 Taurus X in the late summer.
2008 Focus (redesign) will also be an early release.
If the manufacturer isn’t doing any major changes, then the normal release dates are in the fall.
