New car Dealer backing out of deal after we both signed purchase agreement and contract!?

I had a dealer back out of a car sale today after we both signed the contract and purchase agreement for the price they gave me for the VIN. & model I wanted. As well as they charged my card for the first and last months payment. While I was waiting for the plate runner to return with my new plates the sales manager stated that they couldnt do the deal for the price and needed to charge me an additional $4000.00. They wouldn’t let me take the car and stated that they couldnt honor the deal they wrote up. Please help if you have knowlage on this sort of topic.
Note : I have both signed docs. as well as my receipt for payment of first/last.

Offer and acceptance. The contract is binding, and he may not charge you an additional $4000. If he refuses to sell you the car at the agreed price, you can go out and buy a replacement car (same model, features, etc.) for the next-best price you can and then bill / sue the dealer for the difference between what you paid and the contract price.

Let him know that the deal is governed by the UCC § 2-713, and if he doesn’t perform then you’ll sue him in small claims court for damages. But first make sure that the contract terms don’t specify that he’s allowed to terminate without cause before delivery.

Will new car speakers work if used with a factory radio?

I want to add a sub woofer to my ‘98 7 series BMW, but I am not entirely sure if the factory radio can handle it. Buying a new radio would result in having to rewire the entire car, seeing as how the power from the radio would overload my factory amp, and in turn, the speakers. Do I have to buy a new radio, or will the sub woofer even affect it?

Your factory radio will need a preout for your AMP. This you will need. If so then it should go as hard as your amp will allow.

How can i make my table attract customers at a car boot sale?

What can i add or do to my table to attract and get attention of customers so they will buy my things at a car boot sale? Ive been told that playing music, and using a colourfull table cloth attracts people, but i need more ideas please. Also any helpfull hints and tips would be much appreciated Thanks ..

Give aways always get people to your booth! I always have some sort of a food item – I rent a popcorn machine, snow cone machine, cotton candy machine or hotdog warmer. People love free food! The smell also attracts them. We also do a drawing for a $100 gas card at our events. Having a nice proffessional set up also helps. We also have helium balloons with our logo on them. I also just recently purchased a big prize wheel and that has been fantastic so far! I think the most important trick to making any of this work is to have a very energetic & outgoing person (people) working your booth. Good luck! Have fun!

How does a new hire go about getting car financing?

I just graduated from university with a BS degree and will begin work in mid-August. I need to buy a car before then and need financing. The conundrum is that I am planning to drive myself to the new city I will be in, which means I will be signing my lease after I buy the car.

Am I technically employed for the purpose of a loan application? Is there any special way for new hires to go about loan applications?

No just apply like normal & ask if they have a first time car buyer discount.

I’ve lost the service book for my Audi A6 – is it possible to get a new one? Can it affect cars sale?

I think its possible to get another, and getting it stamped back up again should be no problem either, as the servicing dealer will have your car on its computer system, detailng everytime its been serviced and so on.

I dont know whether it will affect the resale value, as the original book would have bar codes and info inside the front cover etc and i`m unsure if a replacement book would have the same stuff:

Bar code & info stickers come with the car from the manufacturer upon delivery you see, and are then stuck inside the cover of this book by the dealer.
