Street Toyota Gives new car Owners a Beneficial Workshop

Street Toyota of Amarillo, Texas is hosting another New Owner’s Clinic to help recent car buyers understand their cars and the maintenance they require.

On Tuesday, February 7, Street Toyota will host another New Owner’s Clinic to benefit those customers who recently bought a car from Street Toyota. The clinic will be held in Street Toyota’s conference room and will consist of a light dinner and door prizes at no cost.

The New Owner’s Clinic is designed to last 1-2 hours and it will inform customers of the benefits of proper car maintenance, the knowledge needed to get the most out of their cars and a Q&A session. Furthermore, experts from the service and parts departments will be present to assist any new owners where they need help.

The event is invite only and those that attend must RSVP. The clinic is hosted every other month so that all new owners may be included in the opportunity.

Dave Walker, Scion Sales Manager, organizes the clinics and guarantees it is worth your time.

“It is just another reason to buy a vehicle from Street Toyota. Learning about the maintenance of a car is just as important as buying a car,” said Walker.

The New Owner’s Clinic is planned to benefit Toyota customers so that they can get the most out of their car and so that they may also value their vehicle as much as we do.

Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas was established in 1982. A new 58,000 square foot facility on 9 acres is now open at 45th and Soncy. This is a state of the art facility and the customer’s comfort has been emphasized from the ample parking right down to the gourmet coffee. Street Toyota is the first dealer in west Texas to become Signature Certified.

Street Toyota has been a valuable corporate citizen in the Panhandle area. They provide support to area nonprofit organizations such as United Way, Better Business Bureau, Amarillo Adult Literacy, Harrington Cancer Center, Meals on Wheels, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Amarillo Symphony, Amarillo Museum of Art, Amarillo Little Theater, Lone Star Ballet, Discovery Center, Globe News Center for the Performing Arts, CACHA (Hispanic Chamber of Commerce) and many other organizations.

Question by Roadrat: How soon do you think society will realize that “EVENTS” are deceptive, & that “SALES” cut prices?
By law, a store cannot call something a “sale” unless actually lower-than-usual prices are applied. So seemingly all the stores, auto dealers, etc. are PRETENDING to offer savings by holding “events.” I’m betting that MOST people don’t realize they’re being **conned** by that. How long to you think it’ll take for society in general to recognize that deception and dishonesty for what it is?

I follow you on that one. People are so feeble minded and so naive that believe anything they throw at them. I remember the Lexus commercials about their so called “Events”. For me the word Sale is a Sale, not a discount. By all accounts and technically speaking all items in a store are for Sale. Is a very misleading word. The word Sale does not means a Discount but people are so stupid that they fall for it.

By the way, that is how they make money, by Selling goods, not by Discounts.

My dad I consider him one of the greatest salesman ever. I used to go to demonstrations from the advertisement companies and making market analysis and what to sell what, when and how. Lets say for a example… Take a car and overprice it and becomes some good. Since people thinks that expensive is good and also vanity is a killer too. So Toyota takes an Avalon, gold trimmed, leather seated, 2 tone paint like a Benz, overprice it and called it Lexus. There you have it a regular Toyota in disguised and people falls for it.
