Theres this car for sale down the street for 5000.00 can i get a loan to get it and pay a bank payment or can you only get car loans through a dealer?
Yes, if you meet the credit and debt/income requirements of the lender and the car is worth at least $5,000, you should have no problem.
Unless it is a ‘buy here, pay here’ lot, the dealer will go through a bank to get you approved, anyways. I suggest you do the legwork on your own. You can usually find a better rate than the dealer if you have decent credit.
Also, if you have decent credit, I would stay away from ‘buy here pay here’ lots. When they do their own financing, the APR is usually outrageous (20+%) and they make you pay every 2 weeks.

A friend of mine has a car for sale..He needs to find sample documents for the buyers so the buyer will accept responsibility and so on..Where can I find one which is for from seller to buyer?
I’m not sure where to buy them, but all he has to do is type out one that says " I Joe Blow, do hereby sell "AS IS", my 1998 Studebaker Lark, VIN#555555555555555555, Lic.#555555, to Moe Shmoe, for the sum of Fifty Clams, on this 18th day of July,2007.
Signed and dated by both parties, with one copy going to each party, it’s as legal as any store bought document.

My brother owns a car repair shop, and I want to park my car for sale in the front of his lot. But he says I cant park it there because it is against the law. He says he has to have a license to sell cars. So do any of you know anything about this?
i think he’s right, it’s a place of business so it might be a problem.

Crankshaft is the heart of the engine , it is the part the convert the up/down movement from cylinders to rotary movement , if this car needs a crank shaft , it pretty much needs an engine

I need a manual transmission car under $2000 that will run. I’ve tried ebay, autotrader, craigslist… please list if you have a car for sale that meets my requirements and also if you know of any sites.
If you have the cash to purchase this car, hit the used car managers of dealers near you, you are the holy grail of buyers–one who is actually looking for a manual transmission, these are generally just dead as far as wholesale goes and somewhat hard to retail. tell them you want to buy it with a drive first. I know I let sales persons put together used car buyers and new car trade-ins to help consummate more sales. I couldn’t have been the only one that practiced it.

Have you been thinking about purchasing a salvage auto? Well, if you´re looking at this article I suspect that you´re looking for a salvage cars for sale. I also suspect that you try to find out where you can purchase a salvage car and what you should be looking for when evaluating a salvage car. There are plenty of places to find salvage cars for sale on the internet. Just typing in the phrase you will come across numerous dealers that have large supplies of salvage cars to choose from. But how can you trust them. Do you have anything to evaluate them on previous purchases? I would think that you are just cold calling a new dealer. If you know what you are doing and you have brought a salvage car before this is fine. But what if you have not purchased a salvage car before and this is your first time. Do you have any references or do you know someone else that has purchased from the dealer that you are dealing with.
Well, I have a better idea. How about finding a salvage car for sale on eBay? Yes, I am serious. eBay has a large selection of dealers that are trying to sale their vehicles at discounted prices. You also have a way to evaluate the dealers on eBay for first time buyers. You can check out the dealer feedback. Has the dealer cheated any before? Has the dealer always sold a quality product? You can find out all of this with just one click.
You can also have your money to go into escrow until you receive the auto. So many times have people lost money on the internet because they are too quick to release money to individuals that just don’t have the product that they claim to have. With eBay and third party applications you can negotiate to have the money deposited into a third party account and receive the product. Once received you just tell the third party and they will release the money to the seller. It is as easy as that.
Yes, I know there are some people that have had bad experiences with eBay. Hell, I did also.. But the good experiences outweigh the bad one and I still would use eBay to purchase some of everything that I want.

My wife and I found a 2001Honda Odyssey with 91,000 miles. Everything sounds fine but it has a new transmission. Is that a red flag?
You probably should question the owner, about why the transmission went out….
Could have been a bad trans…
could be they towed a 50 foot sailboat with it….
could be they let their 16 year old drive it….
Either of the last two..would be a red flag to me…..
