I’m going to be buying a new car soon. I want to buy something brand new – with as few miles on the odometer as possible.
Somebody told me once that any car with over 100 miles on it is used. True or not? What about a model from last year with less than 100 miles on it. Is it still new?
What is the definition of a new car?
Personal opinion, if a vehicle has more than 10 miles on it, I consider it used, but avio is right, technically until the vehicle is registered and licensed, it can still be considered new, despite the mileage. A friend of mine bought a "new" Honda with 143 miles on it. Smart move to buy a new car rather than used, take your time, get something you will be happy with, and best of luck.

While it would be great on so many levels to reduce oil consumption, it will just not happen over night. For instance, when are the domestic auto makers going to introduce diesel powered cars? Why are they waiting so long? Don’t know. How come when I ride my bicycle I am not looked upon as someone who is saving on oil consumption and saving wear and tear on the roads? And getting exercise to boot! No, I have been told to get off the road. Or when I ride my 35 mpg Honda Wing or my 50 mpg Kawasaki dual sport? Am I given the same consideration as any other motorist? You drivers can answer that question. As for me, I have reduced my driving mainly for financial reasons. I buy from the least expensive stations. At this time that is all I can do to have my say regarding supply and demand.

I am an enthusiast about the series of movies and prefer this new one over all else. Yeah, it had sexy "pimped" out cars, but most were just plain simple yet elegant pieces of machinery. There was only one car I didn’t care for and that was the Honda hatchback with the silver/black paintjob.
My father owned a Torino like Phoenixs’ with the same paint color. Anyone recognize a past love of a car or still have one that appears in the movie?
I have a ‘03 Mitsubishi EVO. I got after seeing the second Fast and Furious and I must say, I totally love it!!

I am close to purchasing my first new car. It must be under 20,000 and the most important factors are 1: gas mileage 2: must be sporty.
Toyota corrola, matrix ,yaris pontiac vibe its a toyota just made in the U.S. i have one good car cheaper then a matriix. No nissan… Honda civic yo may be able to work a deal on a suburu forester.
